Right after meeting other versions of himself, Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) gains the confidence he needed to remain being the amazing Spider-Man. Now with a steady job at the Daily Bugle, he ends up meeting Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy), who is under the influence of a symbiote. As he tries to rekindle his relationship with Mary Jane (Shailene Woodley), new villains start appearing in New York City at the behest of Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), who has been plotting a plan to kill his ex-best friend for 10 years.
