15-year-old Peter Parker's life changes after a radioactive spider has bitten him, either blessing him or cursing him with powers that astound the human eye. He uses these powers for himself at first, street-performing, being a TV Star but due to his selfish actions of letting a robber go, it results in his Uncle being killed. This event changes his outlook on his crime-fighting for life, realizing that the power he holds, contains a huge responsibility. The main villain of this story is Electro, his origin is similar to that of Peter in this story, but he uses his powers for himself and not to help others. The condition of Electro's mother, his firing from his job, and his recent breakup have left him crumbling. Max Dillon uses his powers of electricity to relocate money from databanks into his account, all so that he can provide for his mother. Spider-Man and Electro first fight at a bank, and their second fight in Grand Central Station, and their final Battle at Time-Square. It takes place in November-to-December, and the final battle has Spidey and Electro fight at Time-Square, and it's New Years-Eve, the battle is chaotic.
