A college freshman Jace seduces his best friend and classmate's (Timothy) mom Lina seemingly as revenge for flirting with his sister. Tim later finds Jace has reported him for cheating and had his car towed from where they both usually park illegally. At Timothy's every turn Jace seems to be there tormenting him. Leading to a bloody confrontation.
