Synopsis

Set in the world of Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, Batman continues to fight crime in Gotham despite being hunted down by the police, who believe the vigilante responsible for the death of Harvey Dent. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne struggles to decide whether the city still needs Batman. A new detective named E. Nigma attempts to bring down the crusader once and for all by interviewing people he has allegedly interacted with following Dent's passing. Nigma files these events as "The Nine Unconfirmed Sightings of The Batman".

Description of Detective E. Nigma:

A detective enlisted by the GCPD to take down Batman. He interviews individuals the vigilante allegedly had interactions with following the death of Harvey Dent. He is revealed by the end of the film to be a cyber-criminal known as Edward Nashton (alias "The Riddler") and is working with Gotham's underworld to enact a cyber-attack on the city's elite class.
