Based on the Norwegian fairy tale of the same name
Isaac, a goatherd boy, has responsibility to do from his parents: he has to watch over three billy goats named Gruff before he can tend the entire herd. Along the way, he must be on the lookout for trolls. Very soon, he loses his three billy goats and they must figure out how to get home, find good grass to eat, and rid the land of dangerous, vile trolls like Viktor while Isaac meets a friendly troll named Sigrid who wants to live among humans so as to prove that not all trolls are bad. The 3 Billy Goats Gruff and their human owner have a long way to go in order to find their way back.
