Fan Casting Terrifier 3 (2001)

This third film is set before the 1994 Miles County Massacre. In 1969 , Arthur McCann is 16 years old. Coming from a dysfunctional family, his mother is a stripper and his stepfather, her new boyfriend is an alcoholic by whom Arthur is always intimidated. Arthur has Terri Fletcher as her only friend and confidant. Terri, like Arthur, also comes from a dysfunctional family. She and her older brother, Stevie lives with his pedo father, George, whom always abuses his children especially Terri. Arthur and she are the most unpopular and outcast kids in school, they are often bullied by Jack Miller, the most popular kid and a jock athlete. Jack with his cheerleader girlfriend, Sally Jenkins are one of the problems Arthur and Terri face outside of their troubled families. Arthur always draws a mime clown whom he named Art the Clown. Art is to Arthur all his anger and sadistic desires to kill all his problems. A tragic rape bad joke that happens to Terri results in her death, which leads Arthur to a breakdown and it brings his creation Art to life in seek of revenge against all that wronged with him and Terri.
