Description of Celeritas (Training Master at Loch Laggan):

An older dragon stationed at Loch Laggon to teach younger fighting dragons formation flying. A hard but fair teacher for Lily’s formation. His handler was Jeremy Rankin’s Grandfather, and then his father. Recognizing Rankin’s personality early, he chose not to take Jeremy Rankin as his Captain, which is how Rankin was made Captain to the Winchester courier/scout Levitas.
