Based on the 1987 Ninja Turtles TV series. Slash has returned from Dimension X to the Technodrome in the Mojave Desert to be Shredder’s assistant. Together, they both head to New York and steal baby turtles from the pet shops to turn them into monsters with Krang’s latest invention, the Monster Replicator (MR for short), and use them to do Slash’s bidding. The Turtles must stop Slash and Shredder, change the baby turtles back to normal, and return them to the pet shops where they belong. From the creators of Legend of the Three Caballeros (2018).
