Synopsis

In New York, mysterious radioactive ooze has mutated four sewer turtles into talking, upright-walking, crime-fighting ninjas. The intrepid heroes -- Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael and Leonardo -- are trained in the Ninjutsu arts by their rat sensei, Splinter. When a villainous gang of mutants shows up and spreads crime across the city, it's time for the Turtles to come out of their shells and fight.

Description of Rocksteady (Mutant Muscle):

Rocksteady is a major antagonist in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He was originally a human Russian arms dealer with ties to Shredder and The Foot Clan named Ivan Steranko. He is now an anthropomorphic white rhinoceros who is one of Shredder's hench-mutants alongside his partner, Bebop.
