Story Plot

Based on the 1987 TMNT animated TV series. Raphael is entering a disguise contest in New York to win first prize for the "best disguise in the world." Then one of the city's old lawbreakers named Mad Dog McMutt and his 2 men go on a crime spree. Now Raphael (disguised as Mad Dog McMutt) is in a pickle because the NYPD falsely arrests him and put him in jail thinking he's actually McMutt. The other Turtles must find the real Mad Dog McMutt, clear Raphael's name, and let McMutt take his place in jail. From the creators of Legend of the Three Caballeros (2018). Voice by Ben Stiller, Tom Kenny, Steve Carell, David DeLuise, Hugh Laurie, Grey DeLisle, Hynden Walch, Kevin Michael Richardson, Brian Bloom, Jake Green, and Pete Davidson.

  • No Burne Thompson, and no Vernon Fenwick.
  • On one of the scenes of the first act, before it fades to black, the cops should show up in their cars, catch Raphael thinking he's Mad Dog McMutt in the middle of New York where the disguise contest is starting, cuff him and say, "You're under arrest, Mad Dog!" And Raphael should reply, "I'm not Mad Dog, it's only a disguise!" And one of the cops should say, "You can't fool us, McMutt! You're coming with us right now!"
  • I know all the characters were played by the original cast of the 1987 TV series, but I just want them to be played by a new voice cast.
  • This is a TV episode, not a movie.
  • 3 acts on this show.
