zestfulmaple Victor Falco always was a lowly man. A lower class citizen with a blue collar job in a warehouse and a fixer upper apartment, but he was content with a somewhat steady paycheck, a loyal best friend and a loving wife. However one day, he was moving a container in the warehouse he works in when suddenly The Purple Dragons attacked and raided the warehouse and in the violence, the container that Victor was carrying exploded and revealed it had Mutagen in it. He was seemingly killed and his body was dumped into the sewers by the Dragons. The Mutagen mixed with rats in the Sewers and this saved his life however did change his appearance to somewhat resemble a rat and gave him a psychic connection to rats and the ability to control them. He tried to return to his old life but saw that no one seemed to care that he was gone. His family didn't seem too worried, his friends carried on and his wife had already moved on to a new man. Thus he deemed it that, compared to upper world of society, the rats were the clean ones and they deserved the world. He eventually becomes a nemesis for Splinter. The voice actor should be able to play that unassuming worker in the beginning but become apathetic and cold, as well as have a creepy air to it. It should be a voice you hear and it chills your spine but is almost mesmerizing
