My idea would be for it to be animated by the incredible Studio Mir in a style reminiscent of their work on Legend of Korra and Voltron: Legendary Defender. Description of Chrome Dome:
Chrome Dome is a specialized Cyber Foot created by Baxter Stockman and Kraang, made specifically to kill The Turtles. There's not a lot of personality to the character, but the voice actor should still have an intimidation factor to them and be able to sell a robotic voice
