Description of Bebop:

Anton Zeck was a hacker and thief alongside his cohort, Owen Rocksteed. The two were picked up to be the first of Shredder's mutant henchmen, the two being chosen due to being seen as mostly depensible. Zeck was turned into a warthog and named Bebop by Michaelangelo. He is scummy, a cheat and a liar, but with some level of charisma and intelligence. The voice actor should be able to play that, that scumminess and trickery but with a charisma that you can't deny
