5-year-old orphan April O'Neil finds herself on the run from her former tutor, Dr. Baxter Stockman, who orders for her be assassinated for sticking her nose in his affairs. Now, she must join forces with her late parents' former pets, who have recently mutated into team of crime-fighting ninjas, stop Stockman from robbing the city blind of its precious wealth with his Mouser army before he becomes the next Mayor of New York City by default.
