Splinter’s old rival Oroku Saki , AKA the Shredder, has allied himself with Dr. Jacques Von Hämsterviel to help him gather the rest of the missing experiments. When Splinter hears word of this, he sends the Turtles and April to go to Hawaii to stop Shredder. They meet up with Lilo and Stitch, who are out against Hämsterviel. The two teams have to team up to find a handful of experiments before Hämsterviel and Shredder’s forces can. read more
