Robin has stopped being Batman's sidekick, and moved into a neighborhood next to Gotham: Blüdhaven. Cyborg and Beast Boy are a duo who spend their days fighting street criminals. Starfire is an alien girl who' landed on our planet and is recently adapting to earthlings lifestyle. Raven is a semi-demon who's trying to keep herself away as possible from her father. All their paths will cross when an eco-terrorist known as Scarecrow is kidnapping people and using them as test subjects for his new fear toxin.
