After his fallout with Batman, Rick Grayson has been living his own life in Bludhaven, fighting crime in his own way. Description of Komand'r (Blackfire):

The original hire to the throne of Tamaran. Due to a rare childhood disease which rendered her unable to absorb sunlight or fly, she was sidelined in favour of her younger sister Koriand'r . This ignites her hatred for the Tamarans, and mostly her sister ,whom she sees as the reason for her alienation and ignorance. She betrays Tamarans to the Psions, who gave her powers similar to Koriand'r. She sold her sister to them in favour as a slave.
