After his fallout with Batman, Rick Grayson has been living his own life in Bludhaven, fighting crime in his own way. He comes across 2 equally troubled teenagers:Rachel Roth, a psychic girl who possesses powers of the devil himself, and Garfield Logan, a metahuman with ability to shapeshift into other creatures. Description of Garfield Logan (Beast Boy):

Exposed to a rare serum in childhood, that grants him power to turn into any animal of choice, the serum also had a side effect of changing his skin to pale and hair green. He was once a member of Doom Patrol, but later broke off from them due to a fight with the Chief . He joined with Robin and Raven early on as a friend. He's the comic relief cracking jokes and sarcasm, which is actually a facade for all the pain and humiliation he received for his appearance and insecurity.
