The Commanding General of United States Army Special Forces, AKA "Green Berets" and Kyle's former Division Commander. He was best friends with Alan, Ian, Adrian in Harvard University when he was in ROTC. He fought in Vietnam during his early years, and views his younger self in Kyle. He introduced Kyle to Alan after Kyle's retirement so Kyle can continue to help innocent lives. Later on, he offers Kyle to reinstate him as a Major if he decides to return through Captain Ford. He also acts as a liaison to the RCC so they can infiltrate the battalion where Sergeant Hutton committed suicide. (Cameo Apperance)
