Description of Doctor Neo:

The evil Doctor Neo is an intelligent black hedgehog with a slight resemblance to Shadow, though this could be mere coincidence. He is Tanic's nemesis, and has a special spaceship. He travels to Earth so he can conquer it. Neo is also shown to be an exceptional fighter, beating Petur in "Mortal Kombat". At the end of Tanic 2, he says that their's "one more to go." There is a possibility that he's looking for the Chaos Emeralds, but one can never know.
