After defeating the Shredder, the Ninja Turtles are living a good life. That is until they learn of a sinister plan by Cyber-Terrorist Baxter Stockman. They, along with April go and try and stop him, along the way, they meet Harold Lilja, Stockman’s Mentor, who tried to stop Stockman, but was sent down into the sewers after Stockman learned of Lilja’s intentions. While they are able to stop Stockman, they get split up in the collapse of Stockman’s lair, and have to find their own way to reunite with one another. They soon reunite and return to their dojo, only to find it destroyed, with Splinter no where to be found, now they must track Splinter down, but little do they know that an old foe is waiting for them, in a new alliance.
