Description of Tidal (Voice):

Tidal is a calm but mysterious man, who is in his 60s. Tidal oversees everything in this magical world, making sure no one tries to get in the way of his calculating plans. While being a evil overlord, surprisingly, he is a calm man who is patient enough to tell people not to mess with him, due to being themed with Water. Although, his mysterious presence can easily fool people. He can be pretty calm most of the time, but then he can get furious and vicious, similar to rough waves or tsunamis. He also controls all of the world's oceans and their creatures.
