Eva Gaëlle Green (born July 6, 1980) is a French-American actress and model. She started her career in theatre before making her film debut in 2003 in Bernardo Bertolucci's controversial “The Dreamers.” She achieved international recognition when she appeared in Ridley Scott's “Kingdom of Heaven” (2005) and portrayed Vesper Lynd in the James Bond film “Casino Royale” (2006). That same year, Green was awarded the BAFTA Rising Star Award.
Sweep (Released as Wicca in the UK and Ireland) is a series of young adult fantasy novels written by Cate Tiernan, the first of which, Book of Shadows, was published in 2001. The series follows a teenage girl, Morgan Rowlands, who discovers she is the descendant of a long line of witches, and possesses powerful magic of her own.
