However, despite being the Kryptonian Kal-El, he has nothing to do with the Superman of classic continuity. Being almost unstoppable super-powerful, he leaves a world almost in ruins. Only one man stands in front of him, the multi-billionaire philanthropist Lex Luthor. However, in this world without superheroes, he can only create armor for himself with the little kryptonite on Earth, while launching an elite team of mercenaries to try to eliminate the Man of Steel. However, in this hopeless world, what can Humanity hope for ?
