Story Plot
After Superman announced himself to the world by stopping a catastrophic events engineered by Lex Luthor, the United Nations forms a sanctioned superhuman task force, The Authority, to keep “metahuman threats” in check. But its leader, Manchester Black, believes in peace through dominance. As ideologies clash, Superman must challenge this new team before they become the very threat they claim to fight.
