Before the Planet Krypton explodes, Jor-El and Lara Lor-van sended thier son called Kal-El and his dog Krypto to the closer planet, the planet Earth, where they was adopted by a couple of Farmers Martha and Jonathan Kent that renamed Kal-El to Clark Kent
