Uxus was once a prince of Apokolips and lived a life controlled by his mother Heggra. He resented her and his brother Draxus. The one good thing in his life was his lab assistant Suli, whom he was in a secret relationship with. But one terrible night Suli died…and it wasn’t an accident. Uxus chose to become a savior to his people being like a Superman to them. He cast away his princely titles after attempting to kill his brother and a war started. Uxus helped many aliens escape Apokolips until he was eventually captured by his mother and brother. His friends were killed, his loved ones taken away, and now he sits in his cell without hope, until Kal El is thrown in his cell
