Government official Amanda Waller has announced Project Cadmus, a genetic engineering project that aims to create engineered superhero clones that results in the creations of Golden Guardian, Auron, Atomic Knight and Peacemaker, but after two weeks the clones become unstable and threaten the city of Gotham and Metropolis, Batman has to work with the polar opposite superhero, Superman to stop them
