Story Plot
A villain, who calls himself Toyman, causes trouble in Gotham City and Metropolis by using weapons in the style of toys. He first broke into WayneTech and stole some of their tech. Now he is doing something far more evil. He is kidnapping various children as well as Cat Grant's son. Superman has to save them from this evil maniac...
