Description of Toyman (Winslow Schott):

After aiding the Joker and departing Gotham, Winslow Schott has found himself residing in Metropolis, where he runs his toy store as a front for the criminal underworld. As a master inventor, he is approached by Lex Luthor; who wishes to use Schott to annihilate Superman.
