Otto has been Spider-Man for a few months, a continuing how you look at, he's either completely screwed or improved Peter's entire life. Now having a doctrine, Otto begins his mission to start Parker Industries, a company all to himself. Meanwhile, Carlie and Yuri, as the Wriath, begin working together to track down the weirdness behind Spider-Man's actions. Meanwhile, Agent Venom and Superior Spider-Man team up to stop the new villain Hobgoblin, despite Otto's misgivings, and the Venom symbiote ends up accidentally bonding with Otto. Directly after bonding, Otto is asked for help by J Jonah Jameson with Spencer Smythe's execution, worried he'll try something.
