A brilliant but embittered scientist in his 50s, Felton wields mechanical tentacles salvaged from a crashed alien ship, infused with anomalies from a pocket dimension called the Zero Zone. At first, he controls them fully, but the tentacles gradually reveal a mysterious sentience, whispering into his mind and influencing his actions. Clad in an armored jacket with red accents and a masked face with glowing red eyes, Felton fuses human genius with alien technology, becoming a dangerous, unpredictable presence in the city. His motivations are shaped by his obsession with power, alien artifacts, and the enigmatic forces behind them.
