This Hypothetical anime series based on the iconic video game franchise has 2 Italian American brothers get sucked into a mysterious green pipe from their home town Brooklyn New York into a world inhabited by the mushroom headed people called Toads and their leader Princess Peach along with the Mushroom Kingdom's Power Star were taken by the Toads' arch enemies the Koopas and their nefarious leader Bowser. Now it's up to the Mario Brothers and their new Toad friend Tim to find the 5 power star fragments, bring the Princess back home, and foil the Koopas' plans to destroy the Mushroom Kingdom
