About six months after the events of Mario Sunshine, Luigi decides to take a well deserved vacation in Isle Defino, as he, Daisy, and Professor E. Gadd plan an awesome vacation and take a break from any ghost hunting, Koopas, and mansions for a while. But King Boo hires the help of Waluigi and Tatanga to help him conquer Isle Defino. As Luigi begins his holiday adventure to step out of Mario's shadow, before King Boo and his undead servants turn it into Isle HELL-Fino. Can Luigi save the island?
