When the terrorist group known as the Jihad arrive with some of the most powerful villains around, Waller installs the third iteration of her task force, led by Deathstroke, as well as now at the request of the government, co-lead by Manchester Black to kick ass, take name, and most importantly, shed plenty of blood.
