Following the emergence of powerful metahumans like Superman, The X-Men and Hellboy, and the increasing global awareness of extraterrestrial and fantastical threats, governments around the world are scrambling for ways to contain the chaos. Amanda Waller, head of ARGUS, has been secretly developing “Project Vigilant” - a controversial program to weaponize incarcerated metahumans and highly dangerous criminals. Now they are sent on a mission to destroy all CADMUS files and all of Waller’s connections to the group.
