Synopsis

Based on Rachel Harrison's novel of the same name. Aurora ("Rory") is a young woman who achieved a lot growing up, but after a falling out with her family, she now prefers to be alone. She reluctantly comes back to her hometown to look after her twin sister, Scarlett, who is expecting a baby in a few weeks. One night, she gets chased and bitten by a large animal. After recovering, her wounds heal miraculously, she's incredibly strong, and she's craving all things meat. After doing research, she believes it might be so that not only it was a werewolf that attacked her, but also SHE HERSELF HAS BECOME ONE! Also, her mother visits, even though she really doesn't want to talk to her. She also reunites with her childhood crush.
