Synopsis

In the wake of a consequential Presidential election, five tightly knit multiracial families and a mutual friend of theirs live in inviting down-home progressive cities in a far backsliding conservative state. Arming themselves, they lead their neighbors in defending their homes from militant Right-wing terrorist legions, and they must hold on until vital aid can be delivered from the President-elect.

Description of Patrick Moon (Lieutenant "Hand Job"):

With the ill-gained rank of Lieutenant, Patrick “Hand Job” Moon is appointed the new “demolitions expert” of the Black Phantom and White Ghost divisions of the ACL forces in Texas. Resentful of any future children going to racially integrated schools or marrying, Moon is a powder keg just waiting to be ignited.
