Description of Clayton Stokes (Private "Colt"):

With the ill-gained rank of Private, Clayton “Colt” Stokes is appointed the new “reconnaissance expert” of the Black Phantom and White Ghost divisions of the ACL forces in Texas. Feeling abandoned and cast aside by an increasingly progressive world, Clay turned his hatred inward and sees the ACL (Allied Columbian Legion) as his hope for absolution.
