In Downtown LA two vigilante gangs are fighting over turf The Titans and The Sirens (an exclusively all female gang). The gangs aren't so much into actual crimes but rather foiling the currupt dealings of the police department and the local mob. During this a member from the Titans and a member from the Sirens fall in love. Meanwhile the cops and the mob hatch a plan to wipe out both gangs by hurting a member from each gang and making it look like the other gang did it. This causes the gangs to have a rumble.
