Ryu, Ken and a roster of six international newcomers compete to get the chance to take on the evil dictator M. Bison, the leader of the Shadaloo organization, who plans to brainwash the best fighters to work in his organization. While Airforce General William F Guile and his partners Military Commander Cammy White, and Officer Chun Li secretly invade the island of M.
