Fan Casting Seth in Street Fighter II

Created by Dr. Senoh and intended to be used in aiding Shadowlaw's control over the world, Seth is an artificial intelligence that now operates as S.I.N.'s mastermind leader. While Juri remains to be the operative of S.I.N.'s terrorist acts, Seth is the face and strategic mind that calculates it's next target. Having lost it's primary purpose of aiding Shadowlaw in global domination, it instead intends to finish was M. Bison started with the help of Juri. It remains a computer system until Dr. Senoh completes it's physical final form, which plans on downloading the combat styles of it's enemies and copying itself around the globe.
