Story Plot

The second film in a Street Fighter trilogy finds Ryu traveling the world to prove his strength and is reunited with both Ken and Guile and joined by Chun-Li where get into a another world fighting tournament run by M. Bison, the leader of the Shadaloo organization unknowingly that his global domination plan sets up a world fighting tournament, to select the best fighters to work in his Shadaloo organization through brainwashing.
