Fan Casting Strange Adventures

7-part Max series following archeologist Adam Strange who is transported to another planet while on a dig site in Peru. Adam is instantly transported to Rann through a Zeta-Beam created by the planet's chief scientist, Sardath. Rann is a planet destroyed by a series of atomic wars. Sardath sent out a series of Zeta-Beams to communicate with other intelligent life, but accidentally created them to transport organic over light years. Rann is under the dictatorship of Onimar Sar, who also rules over Thanagar. Adam takes it upon himself to help Rann in their fight against the Thanagarians, getting help from Hawkman, Hawkgirl and Blackfire. Blackfire betrays the team, but her brother, Darkfire brings the Omega Men into the fight against Onimar Sar. During the war, Adam falls in love with Alanna.
