The Bat Family (Kurt Russell, Henry Thomas and Joey Cramer) find themselves against four villains that make Gotham City look like it is Halloween. The Scarecrow (Jeff Goldblum) who has a fear toxin that brings people’s fear to life, Dr. Kirk Langstrom (Steve Buscemi) a biochemist who makes a serum out of his own dna and bat dna who uses it and mutates himself to become Man-Bat, the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp) former neuroscientist who became obsessed with Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and believes himself to be the Mad Hatter reincarnated and Poison Ivy (Annette Bening) a doctor of botany-turned-misanthropic ecoterrorist in Gotham City named Pamela Lillian Isley, PhD with the ability to control all plant life.
