Description of Richie Foley:

Virgil's best friend, Richie was one of the few people who knew about his double routine, to the point that the idea of him becoming a superhero came from him, in addition to helping him with his technological knowledge. Acting as if they were brothers, Dakota's dynamic duo eventually found out that thanks to his contact with Virgil, Richie also ended up becoming a metahuman, with an above average intelligence. He is also a superhero enthusiast, with an emphasis on the Flash and especially Hawkgirl.
