Fan Casting Ebon in Static Shock

Evans agrees that he's been hampered enough by Static Shock, and he's had enough of it. With the help of his gang, Ebon decides to fight back when his target becomes some of the population Virgil has promised to protect. The film confirms that some other members of Ebon's gang are now in prison, or have even lost their powers.
