Fan Casting Static (2041)

A young boy named Virgil Hawkins is bestowed powers by the 'Big Bang', an incident that happened in Dakota City that caused many people to get mutated, gain abilities, or be killed. He tries to use his powers for good, but deals with the ins and outs of being a teenaged hero. After dealing with petty crime and gang violence for a bit, he finally deals with his first major villain: Hot-Streak. [Author's Note: I'm aware that these actors would be too old for their respected roles. I would be casting these movies if they were to happen today even though it's for much later. It's very unrealistic, but that's how I'm doing it.]
