Subject Zero of the Phoenix project, reclaimed from the void of space after Colonel Jenkins sought to beat the impossible numbers game of war against the Arachnids. Rebuilt with older-generation cybernetics, Dizzy exhibits the greatest challenge of early Phoenix tests - breaking the "death loop" in which the organic brain relives its dying moments as long as the trooper is "powered on." (The actress in this role must generally resemble 1997 Dina Meyer for continuity purposes.)
