Visas Marr is the last living Miraluka from the planet Katarr; the planet was chosen to host a secret conclave of the remaining Jedi from the First Jedi Purge to discuss hidden dangers the Jedi had recently faced. However, A Sith Lord, Darth Nihilus, consumed all organic life on the planet the day of the conclave, striking a devastating blow to the Jedi Order. Nihilus left Visas Marr alive, though: she was taken aboard his flagship, the Ravager, and was made his apprentice.
